命令与征服：红色警戒3 是由美国艺电公司2008年出品的一款即时战略游戏，于2008年8月推出PS3、Xbox360、PC三种游戏版本。
该游戏是《命令与征服：红色警戒》系列的第三部。故事围绕虚构的“第三次世界大战”，苏联库可夫将军以及前任苏军上校阿纳托利·查丹科改写了历史，该行动造成了一个新的国家崛起：旭日帝国。最终苏联、盟军与旭日帝国形成了三足鼎立的局面。
该游戏作为《命令与征服：红色警戒》（C&C）系列的第三部，游戏故事紧接《红色警戒2：尤里的复仇》盟军线结局，苏联解体前夕苏联阿纳托利·查丹科上校和库可夫将军利用时间机器回到过去1927年，使得爱因斯坦消失于时间长河中，历史又一次被大幅改写（平行宇宙原理）。失去爱因斯坦后，盟军相对于苏联的科技优势不复存在，因此在和苏联的正面对抗中节节败退。在新时间线中，旭日帝国崛起为一个超级大国并同时向盟军和苏联发起挑战。
原版游戏分为三大战役，每种战役结局各不相同，另外资料片《命令与征服：红色警戒3起义时刻》共有四场战役，新增百合子外传。以下为原版剧情。
苏联
苏联任务从抵御帝国入侵，夺回被帝国占领的领土，到进攻整个欧洲，除掉“叛徒”库可夫将军，反击帝国并杀死天皇芳郎，最终战胜帝国，并且与总理反目，打败总理，摧毁自由女神像，击败美国为止。最后指挥官当上了苏联的总理，领导苏联走上新时代。
盟军
盟军起初在英国拼死抵抗进攻的苏军，并逐渐夺回欧洲，然后联合苏联对付帝国。其间杀死以极端方式（将一架卫星攻击器瞄准莫斯科）反共的总统阿克曼，在东京摧毁了帝国的军事总部，使帝国不再成为威胁，而后因为叛逃的泽林斯基博士而发现了苏军的阴谋，其后又与苏联重新对立并在列宁格勒决战，终于打败苏俄。最后原副总统担任新总统，规划了建立自由平等的新世界的宏伟蓝图。
旭日帝国
旭日帝国起初突袭苏联，利用将军刽子手摧毁敖德萨，再到抵御盟军（后来对抗苏盟联军），最后反击苏联，利用将军刽子手摧毁克里姆林宫和时间机器，击败叛逃盟军的泽林斯基博士，摧毁未来科技总部。最终指挥官被授予“超级将军”荣誉。其中天皇之子达朗所主持建造的超级机器人“将军刽子手” 科幻色彩十足，威力非常强大。
